Privacy Policy
Privacy is important to all of us. You have privacy rights under a federal law that protects your health information. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requires the Department of Health and Human Services to establish and ensure compliance with national standards for the security and privacy of health data.
You will receive a "Notice of Privacy Practices" when you come to our office. The privacy rules specify to whom we can release your records. These include physicians or medical practices that we have referred you to and your insurance company for billing and payment purposes. We must have your authorization to release your information.
