A Word on Insurance Plans

To many of you with managed care insurance plans, frustration seems to be on the increase. Some of this is due to limitations managed care plans put on their members and providers. For your own protection, you need to know the terms of your plan, as we cannot be experts on all of the 450+ plans our patients bring us. We will work with you when we can, but knowing what your plan says will help us tremendously.

Just like any professional, our doctors and staff take a great deal of pride in their work and want to make sure that implants function optimally in all our patients for years to come, so please try to see us if at all possible. That may not be easy if your employer changes insurance plans annually. For some of you the solution is simple: You have other insurance options and you can exercise them, returning to a PPO plan or Medicare. For others that are more limited by the company you work for or by personal finances, please call our office and let us try to help find a solution that allows us to continue to follow you.
